| Michael is originally from Jefferson, Georgia, where he became a Christian at the age of 11 and was raised in the Christian Church. He enrolled at Atlanta Christian College in 1993 with the desire to become a youth minister, but decided to transfer in 1995 to another school and pursue a business program while working for UPS. During that time, Michael remained very involved as a volunteer in youth ministry in the Christian Church until God led him to return to Bible college and pursue a degree in ministry as well as leave UPS. Michael has over 10 years experience working with youth, including 5 years as a full-time youth minister. He is a 2005 graduate of Dallas Christian College and has a BA in Ministry & Leadership. He is married to Amanda and they have been together since 1996. They have one son, Griffin. |
